Why OUR Everyday Work Should Matter

At University Business Consultants LLC (UBC) we believe that by training and educating business professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders, we reach the core business dilemma of today, namely, how to stimulate human beings at work.

Stimulation at work happens or does not happen because of communication systems and styles being used or encouraged. As we at UBC serve more leaders, professional sales people and organization members, we are able to help create healthier, richer, more settled work cultures.

In these renewed workplaces, productive and effective communication ensures that professionals feel their self-worth all day long. Through the impact of our teachings and methods we strive to—and do—make all work, good work. In this spirit and in the capacity of the firm’s President, I am searching for Agent-Trainers specifically yearning to work in an autonomous yet collaborative fashion with UBC. The immediate goal is to “grow clients served” by helping business professionals adopt our proven AS3™ Communication System.

This program requires active learning for Agent-Trainers to fully understand it prior to teaching it and winning business using it. This application process will help guide initial conversations that the UBC team will be having with applicants.

I anticipate having several conversations so both parties can learn if a training program such as ours is a “fit.” Whether the outcome is an exploratory conversation or an in-depth dialogue, we look forward to discussing with you how we teach and integrate the AS3™ Communication System.
